Order Creation & Confirmation

When you place an order on doctortooth.co.uk, it is considered accepted once you receive an email confirmation. This email serves as your order contract.

Order Acceptance

If we cannot accept your order, you will receive an email notification. Reasons for non-acceptance include:

The product is out of stock.

Delivery & Returns

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please try not to receive or sign for an item that is visibly damaged.

If any product is received 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA), please contact customer service immediately. This is especially important for disposable items like clearomisers, cartomisers, and wick & coils, as they are not covered under warranty due to their disposable nature.

Claims for damaged or faulty items will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will claims for shortfalls in the order. We will refund the Buyer the cost of returning the goods to us through Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit on their return. Damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

All returned goods must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Damaged returns due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

All returns must include a Returns Authorisation Form, fully completed with the Buyer's Full Name, Address (as on the Invoice), daytime telephone number, Invoice Number, and a brief description of the issue. You can obtain this form by contacting customer service at the email address provided above.

Missing or Lost Goods

If goods are not received and deemed lost in transit, or if the shipment does not contain all ordered items, you should notify DoctorTooth within 14 days of placing your order for replacement goods. We will investigate lost packages with our courier partner(s). No claims for lost goods can be accepted outside of this time limit.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time, or to remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse to service anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product, whether or not it has been sold; removing or editing any materials or descriptions; refusing to process a transaction; or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
